Free service call. A quoted price before any work starts. No surprises.
What you pay
- Free service call. Approve your repair and pay only for the fix, not the visit.
- Our labor warranty matches the manufacturer's warranty on the parts we install, so the labor on your repair is covered for as long as the part is.
- 4-hour arrival windows: 8am–12pm, 10am–2pm, 12–4pm or 2–6pm, Mon–Fri. Same-day service available.
- $25 off the repair for seniors and military.

Why we don't quote repairs by phone
The same symptom can have very different causes. A refrigerator that runs warm might need a coil cleaning, a fan motor or a sealed-system repair. A phone quote would be a guess. Instead, the visit is free, and you see the real price before you decide.
Repair or replace?

Pricing questions
How much is the service call?
It's free. The technician comes out, finds the cause and quotes the repair. You pay only for the repair you approve, not for the visit.
How much does an appliance repair cost?
It depends on the appliance, the brand, the part and the time the repair takes, so we don't quote repairs over the phone. Your technician diagnoses the problem in person and gives you the price before any work starts.
How much is dryer vent cleaning?
$250, cleaned from both ends, the dryer inside and the exterior cap, roof vents included. Seniors and military get $25 off.
Do you have a senior or military discount?
Yes: $25 off the repair for seniors and military (active or veteran); the service call is already free.
What if I decide not to repair it?
That's fine. The service call is free, so you owe nothing if you decide not to go ahead.
