Best experience! Called because our dishwasher broke and they were out same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the new motor. They were back in less than 24 hours to replace the motor and have a working dishwasher!
Max came on time and performed a master class service in repairing my DACOR microwave. Doing a MacGyver fix since DACOR no longer has the small broken switch.
They helped me with a rental unit I own and were incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and thoroughly, ensuring everything was back in its place before they left.
Ben did a great job and came out the same day. Owner Max is so knowledgeable. This is the third time we've used Maximum appliance since 2022 and we have been very happy with their professionalism and rates.
Max is very good at his craft, he understood our issue very quickly, ordered the part, and did a great job. We'll use his company again for sure.
Max is great! Always gets there quickly and is so conscientious and professional. His skill is great, and I have total confidence in his knowledge of his trade.
